I kindly request you overnighting next week's SAGA to me this week as I will be out of town next week. This means I will have to make sure my LCS holds the issue for me AND I will have to avoid spoilers for a week and a half?? That seems like cruel and unusual punishment. So again, please go ahead and send me an advance copy. Genesis has my address. Thank you. You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Sentences like this; “If you’re terrified of spoilers, I strongly suggest reading it the second you can get your hands on it…” really stress me out Brian.

We're largely sticking around home this summer, with a short excursions to the Mid-Hudson area (very excited to check out the awesome Megabrain Comics in Rhinebeck again) and Cape Cod.
It'll be my first time in the Cape Cod area -- any comic book store recommendations? (Or any on the way from NYC?)

Nothing like getting away and disconnecting from electronics at the lake. Did that this past weekend and not only did I get a bit of a mental reset (no cell phones or computers), I was thrilled to discover a brewery with the nicest people on the planet and a dive bar that introduced me to the fascinating world of hamster racing (no hamsters appeared to be harmed as they ran down their lanes in their little hamster ball racecars). 11/10 would highly recommend small towns on lakes.

I hope to make it to New York in the next several months. My friend has made her Broadway debut in The Music Man (she’s friends with Wolverine now) and I’m dying to see her shine. Plus, it’s New York and there are a million other things to do.
I haven’t traveled very far since the pandemic started but I’m starting to feel stuck and need to get out. I hope I can make it all work.

Headed to Seattle. Never been - but felt like my childhood best friend and my long lost sister living 8 minutes apart was as good of a sign as any that I should pay a visit.

Recently changed jobs so don't have much PTO at the moment. Plan on going to San Francisco for a week for two weddings and then driving to Boise this 4th of July weekend to see some friends.
I'm learning the error of my ways with collecting Saga in the hardcover format. I have to wait for 3 TPBs to release and then the HC to be released ;_;

Gosh, if my wishes come true I'm hoping to go to Greece. I just have trick a couple friends into thinking that it'll be more fun to see the ruins of Delphi, Epidaurus, and Mycenae rather than lying on beaches on Santorini and Mykonos. As a pale nerd I don't really need to get a sunburn in a foreign country, but I do want to learn about oracles, ancient doctors, and Linear B. It's a tough sell.

SDCC. Los Angeles for the Taylor Hawkins tribute show. Denver for an art show. Seattle twice. A few other smaller excursions. My summer is pretty well booked.
I'm hoping to snag a wristband Thursday for the signing as that will be my first stop that day. Would be a great stress relief if there was a super secret signing for just us subscribers hah!

I just took some baby bonding leave to escape the insufferable heat of the San Fernando Valley. We visited Mexico City which was a contradictory paradise. Busy and chaotic intertangled freeways webbing out of beautiful dense forests. Historical architecture preserved while making way for fresh modern structures. Looked like a hybrid of Wreath and Landfall.

I will be travelling to Chicago in August for the C2E2 convention there. My apologies for not making the journey to San Diego. If anyone here is going to be at C2E2, let me know!

- 2000 Trees Festival in Cheltnham, England. A 10,000 capacity rock/alternative festival.
- The South of France, undisclosed location, with various family members, including my mother in law. For 1 week. With my 7 month pregnant wife, 2 year old and 4 year old. Wish me luck...
- My best friends wedding in the countryside somewhere.
Excited about all 3 to be fair, just need to add a ticket to a comic con now and we are done.

Wow! The power of tits!
Oh man that third photo on that Saga cover just scared/worried me...
Still don't feel comfortable traveling anywhere, though there's a concert I would go to Toronto to see for my birthday if I thought it was safe...
