Oh, why hello there!
International Man of Mistakery Brian K. Vaughan here, just back from romancing the stone across Colombia on another top secret research expedition.
I was fortunate enough to watch a thousand hummingbirds in Bogotá, salsa dance in Cali, and even swim down to (allegedly) Pablo Escobar’s sunken airplane in the crystal waters of Cartagena.
I’d love to tell you more about this trip sometime, but for now, let’s talk about my next excursion…to San Diego Comic-Con.
If you’re attending this year, you’ll have a few opportunities to say hello to me (and to fellow Paper Girls creators Cliff Chiang, Matt Wilson and Jared K. Fletcher!).

*TICKETED denotes signings that require wristbands. Wristbands will be given out at the Image booth as soon as the convention floor opens on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be available for attendee, retailer, and professional badge-types only, unless otherwise stated. There will be a limit of 3 items per person for ticketed signings unless otherwise noted. All items presented for signing are subject to review and denial by staff. We reserve the right to cancel/deny any grading or grading witnessing per creator request or line traffic demands.

I’ll be joining artist extraordinare Cliff Chiang at the booth of Cliff’s art rep (and our good friend) Felix Lu in support of The Lu Family Fund and its important work. There will be no cost for this signing (I never charge for my signature), but a donation jar will be left out, and any contributions are hugely appreciated, thanks!

That’s four signings, one panel with the cast of Paper Girls, and an epic rooftop screening. When the hell will I have time to shop for more original comic art?!
Again, if you can’t make any of those times, I’ll be doing an additional Secret Signing/Hang just for whatever Tower members happen to be at the show. And if SDCC just isn’t in the cards for you this year, I’ve got something in mind for you Tower types, too, with details after the jump.
